Conditions of Carriage Policy
Your vehicle must have a current registration sticker displayed - our driver will check this before commencement of the journey. If found out of date we will not be able to accept your booking and payment will be required.
You take full responsibility for the vehicle in the event of an accident caused by a third party. These claims should be made on the insurance applicable to the vehicle. In the unlikely event that an accident is the fault of our driver, we will only cover the insurance excess. If your vehicle is not comprehensively insured we accept no liability.
Payment can be by cash or credit card. By choosing credit card you agree to your card being charged immediately as pre-payment. This transaction can be reversed if you cancel within our guidelines. If you choose cash, credit card payment to the driver is not possible so please ensure you have enough cash to pay the driver on arrival.
Your vehicle must be road worthy and contain enough fuel to complete the journey.
Our drivers will not accept changes to the route booked. Any changes in booking routes must be confirmed with a Scooter Angels Booking Operator. Additional fees apply for secondary journeys, including drop offs. Waiting time of $50 per hour pro rata applies after 15 minutes.
Should your vehicle breakdown, you will be required to pay the full tariff.
Cancellations or changes must be informed at least 1 hour prior to the booked pickup time by calling 0411 301 301. Full fare will be applicable for cancellations of less than 1 hour. Please note: A reply to the automated confirmation you receive when the booking is made is not an accepted form of cancellation.
Our drivers are bound by the laws governing road rules. Any infringements such as speeding or speed cameras will be the personal responsibility of our drivers.
